Genesee Valley Transportation owns and operates five separate shortline railroads in New York and Pennsylvania. The locomotives of the GVT system are an interesting roster of units, well-maintained by the companies shop facility located in South Scranton, PA. Units may move from one location to another as they are serviced and shopped.
