China Steam 2003

A pair of QJ's depart the village of Reshui, Inner Mongolia, China.  The steam locomotives are
 heading uphill over Jingpeng Pass on their westward trek across the JiTong Railway.  
Who might believe this is "just" a regular train, one of a dozen double-headed steam
 trains this day, March 4, 2003.
