New York Railroads

Delaware & Hudson Railroad

The Delaware & Hudson has always been a favorite rail line, hosting
so many interesting partners over the years. Currently owned by the
Canadian Pacific, both D&H and Soo Line motive power combine in
lashups over the railroad. Soo Line SD40-2 6053 is northbound
[east] as it emerges out of the Belden Hill tunnel at Tunnel, NY.
Fall colors were at their peak on October 16, 1999.
